🏠 | Carb-Free Salmon Poke Bowl


  • Meat: sashimi grade fish (Ex: salmon, tuna, albacore, etc)
  • Veggies: anything you enjoy eating (Ex: sweet onions, edemame, seaweed, jalapenos, green onions, cucumbers)
  • Sauce: your choice of ratio of sauces (Ex: soy sauce, sesame oil, ponzu, chili oil) 
  • Base: replace the rice with any veggies you like (Ex: bean sprouts, shredded cabbage)
  • Toppings: anything you enjoy eating (Ex: furikake, sesame seeds, seaweed salad, chili flakes)


  1. Boil the Base of veggies until cooked and drain the water. Set aside
  2. Combine the Meat with the Sauce and Toppings. Mix thoroughly
  3. Plate the Base in a bowl
  4. Add in the combined mixture of Meat
  5. Add any other Veggies you enjoy and add extra Toppings
